What are you going to do for me?
I'm a Life Coach, so I'm not going to do anything for you. But I will help you refine your image of yourself, if that's what you need. I will help you uncover the life you want to live, and the worthiness you need to live it. There are a lot of things that knock us off balance in our lives--divorce, loss of a job, battling personal demons, to name a few. Sometimes we need to have an objective person to bounce things off of, brainstorm with, and refine what it is we're looking for.
Why would I go to a woman?
Sometimes a man needs a woman who understands where he's coming from, and who isn't tied up in a relationship and responsibility with him, which can cloud perspective. Sometimes a man needs the perspective of a woman, but doesn't want to go to his mate with his doubts.
What's the usual timeline for working with a Life Coach?
You're going to want at least 2 to 6 months of working together. We'll have an initial meeting lasting an hour (or so--could be quick or go longer, depending on your circumstance), followed by shorter check-ins once a week. Payments can be monthly, and allows for text messaging, if needed, on days we don't 'meet.' Everything is negotiable. What if I don't have a specific goal in mind?
Sometimes this is the problem we face: What if I don't know what I want? I can help there, too. Let's figure out together what the best, next logical step is for you.
Do you work with women?
I have, and I can. I do find I work very well with men, and provide a unique perspective that the modern man really needs. So much is being asked of today's man, it can be difficult to know what's appropriate or expected. I help men find the peace in themselves they need to be the best man they can be for themselves, which carries into the rest of their lives.

GROUPS
Seminars for Groups are available on a variety of topics, including team building, building up individual confidence in team members, or Kaizen-influenced problem solving.
Rate will be negotiated at the time of scheduling.
